Sourdough Classes

Discover the art (and science) of sourdough! Learn how to create, feed, and bake your own tangy, crusty loaf from scratch. 

All Classes start promply at 6pm and end at 7pm Except Saturday time is 3:00-4:00pm

Sourdough starter kit includes;

~Large starter jar with cover

~Silicone Spatula 

~Kitchen scale with batteries 

~Lame for scoring bread

Cancellation Policy

One Week’s Notice:
Receive a full refund or a credit toward a future class.

At Least 72 Hours’ Notice:
You will receive a credit for a future class. This credit may be used to reschedule once only. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, you may transfer your seat to someone else, but no additional credit will be issued.

Less Than 72 Hours’ Notice:
You may transfer your seat to another person to attend in your place; however, no credit or refund will be provided. Please have your replacement give your name at the door upon arrival.

No-Show:
If you do not contact us prior to the start of class, no refund or credit will be issued.

Please note: Our classes are ticketed events—similar to a concert or a play—not appointments that can be freely rescheduled.
