No Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Rhonda@lknoliveandvine.com or 704-880-6115.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:

  • A description of the problem
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may only be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped.
